The Changeover service is our most important service. The cleanliness of your holiday home is very important to us as we ensure that each guest who arrives at your property knows that care and attention to detail has been paid to every aspect of the home. This ranges from the little touches of ensuring every bin has a correct bin bag to making sure that the cutlery draw is clean and with stacked cutlery to make that all important first impression as good as possible.
All of our property housekeepers are local to your home and know the area and are able to offer advice to the guests if required on local restaurants or where the nearest supermarket is. Our people are good, hard working and often perfectionists who will treat your house as if it was their own.
Our housekeepers undertake training and will usually have a training mentor alongside for the early changeovers while they understand the attention to detail that is our trademark at Coastal Life.
The personal meeting service is offered with our standrad changeovers and means that guests will be able to know that they have someone they can contact if anything goes wrong and to answer any questions that they may have from around the house and how the important things work, usually the TV and the heating system but it is all aimed around our important mantra....

What does a changeover include?
Every changeover that Coastal Life undertake follows a 78 point checklist that our property housekeepers follow.
We pride ourselves on attention to detail within every changeover and we look to make sure that guests are happy when they arrive at the property so every changeover includes a Meet and Greet service until 8pm on arrival day and toilet rolls and bin bags at no additional cost to the owner.

A changeover with Coastal Life may be more affordable than you first think.
We price ourselves to be as competitive as possible and with a discounted rate for all year round properties for all owners for the 2012 season even out of season bookings may be affordable with Coastal Life so why not invite us in for a visit.
