"We had Coastal Life recommended to us by one of the UK's oldest Holiday Letting Companies and have been delighted with them. It is a relief to have found a firm that takes such good care of our holiday home and looks after it as if it was their own.
It gives us such peace of mind especially as we live some distance away. They act on routine maintenance as is necessary and find and liaise with tradesmen on our behalf when needed. We have the full changeover service and regularly receive praise from guests about the high standard of the cleaning and the quality of the bed linen.
With an appointed Housekeeper, guests are met on arrival and know who to contact should they have any problems during their stay. Having this personal greeting gets their holiday off to a flying start rather than being met by printed instructions and coded key boxes to get access. The additional benefits include having this House keeper means that they know the property and are aware of any loss or damage (Luckily we have not suffered any) plus their visits help with keeping the property secure.
