We specialise in offering a quality cleaning and changeover service to our owners. Giving them the peace of mind that regardless of how far from home they are, the arriving guests will arrive into the home from home they are hoping for.
We also have a maintenance team available to us to respond for both emergency and planned maintenance work as quickly as reasonable meaning that our owners know that they won’t be getting a phone call from guests to say that the boiler has stopped working.
The business has developed from the need of local guests to experience the level of service that sets a Coastal Life managed property apart from all the other holiday cottages in North Devon. This is not just about the clean which is vital to any good changeover, it is about the local knowledge and professional service and most importantly the clean being right every time and all those little extras which make a guest want to come back year after year- to your Holiday Home!
